No sé si habréis oído hablar de él alguna vez, pero es uno
de los artistas re pintadores más versátiles y distinguidos en la comunidad de
muñecas. Sus muñecas más famosas son las de celebridades, debido a su
extraño parecido con la gente que representa. Sus
muñecas derivan de varios modelos como Gene, Tyler, Sydney, etc, por medio
diversos "dollmakers" como Robert Tonner y Franklin Mint. Sus
repintadas, así como sus retratos se hacen con un intrincado detalle, hasta el
punto de ser tan realistas, naturalmente, en esencia. Muy
apreciado entre los coleccionistas y artistas por igual, Noel intenta elevar el
nivel y traer aire fresco a la masa común de producción de muñecas en cada
rostro que pinta.

Después de varios años, Noel ha llegado a dominar su
oficio. Estas muñecas ahora están en manos de varios coleccionistas orgullosos
de todo el mundo. Muchos de los cuales también han sido destacados en varias
revistas y artículos. Uno en particular fue su repintado de un
"sibarita" muñeca que retrata Angelina Jolie, que desde entonces ha
ganado mucha atención.
